The Neonatology Clinical Care Unit (NCCU) is made up of two neonatal units, one at King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women (KEMH) and the other at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children (Ward 68).
Each nursery is designed to care for premature and sick infants and provides the facilities and expertise for tertiary level neonatal care in Western Australia. There are approximately 2,200 neonates admitted to the unit each year.
Special Care Nursery at KEMH is an 80 cot neonatal unit for predominantly inborn preterm or sick babies. Outborn babies and those requiring surgery are admitted to the 25 cot neonatal unit at PMH.
NCCU has a team of highly skilled specialist medical and nursing staff who provide care for neonates and their families.
Visiting
Parents may visit at all times and is restricted to only two at the cot side at any time.

Limited short term on-site accommodation may be available at Agnes Walsh House. Accommodation is allocated on an as basis and there may be a daily charge. For details about this accommodation, please ask your nurse or midwife to contact the after-hours manager.

An ATM is located across from the café on the ground floor in the main corridor of the Hospital.
Chaplaincy
Chaplains and pastoral care representatives are available. The chapel is located Level 1 A Block directly above the main hospital entrance on Bagot Road.
A service of Holy Communion is celebrated in the Anglican tradition to which all are welcome at Friday noon.

Parking is available in the streets surrounding King Edward Memorial Hospital, parking time limits apply. Limited visitor is available in the patient/visitor carpark located on Hensman Road. The nearest City of Subiaco car park is the Subiaco Theatre Gardens carpark (between Bagot Road and Hamersley Road) with 124 bays at $0.20 per 12 minutes.
