Annual Babies Picnic

The Miracle Babies Annual Picnic was held on Sunday 1st November 2009 at Gledswood Homestead & Winery. The day was a huge success with over 400 people attending. The Annual Picnic is held for families and their children that have been cared for in a NICU either being born premature or sick.

The highlights of the day were visits by Dorothy the Dinosaur, Ronald McDonald and the West Tigers Junior Mascot. The NSW Ambulance Service and NSW Police Service attended the day where the children had the opportunity to look in the vehicles and find out more about these emergency services. After a hot day, everyone welcomed the NSW Fire Brigade and cooling down whilst the kids got to spray everyone with the hoses.

Gledswood provided more entertainment with a sheep shearing and whip cracking presentation. There was plenty to do with jumping castles, pass the ball boards and a chance to catch up with friends.
