Canberra Families Participate in Fun Run & Family Walk
A crowd of almost 6000 participated in The Canberra Times Fun Run and Family Walk on Sunday September 11th.
With our recently developed North Canberra NurtureGroup we were delighted to have 6 miracle families put their hand up to participate in their first community fundraising event.
The race is a 36-year Canberra tradition and includes a 10 km fun run through the heart of Canberra and also a 5 km family walk. The event raised approximately $100,000 for local and national charities, with close to $5,000 going to Miracle Babies Foundation.
Congratulations to all team members including the gorgeous miracle babies themselves who participated in the race!
