Newman's Own Award Winner

Miracle Babies Foundation was honored to be a recipient of the Newman's Own Foundation Grant for 2011.

Paul Newman’s Own Foundation has donated $13 million dollars to Australian Charities' since the food empire was established. All after tax profits are distributed to charities around the world and smaller lesser known groups have been supported by Newman’s Own in his personal quest to help make the world a better place.

A special luncheon paid tribute to Paul Newman and his ongoing philanthropic legacy, at the Waters Edge Restaurant in Sydney on Tuesday 5 April.

Melinda Cruz (CEO) and Misty Stebbing had the pleasure of accepting the $25,000 donation from CEO of Newman’s Own and personal friend of Paul Newman, Bob Forrester and Scott Eames from Woolworths.

A recent collaboration between Miracle Babies and TAFE NSW has seen the development of an accredited training program for our volunteers. This wonderful donation will enable all our volunteers to undertake the newly developed training across all states of Australia.
