Wall of Miracles

Miracle Parents, Grandparents, family and friends can now honour and celebrate a child's early arrival or difficult beginning with an initiative of Miracle Babies Foundation - "Wall of Miracles". Within Liverpool Public Hospital's Newborn Intensive Care Unit, a new beautifully designed wall features the personalised heart plaques of the miracle babies it works so tirelessly to create.

A commemorative plaque in the "Wall of Miracles" is one of the most meaningful presents you can give - a gift that will last for generations to come. The plaques can mark the arrival of a new "miracle" or leave a lasting legacy at the hospital where a child entered the world.

Each heart plaque honours a miracle birth - past, present and future - and is personalised and engraved with First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (Day/Month/Year), Gestation and Weight in grams. For the precious miracles babies no longer with their families, 'in loving memory' will also be engraved above baby's name.

Your contribution will help ensure Miracle Babies Foundation continues to support premature and sick newborns and make a major difference in the lives of many families. All orders are fully tax deductible.

If family or friends purchase the plaque, a congratulatory letter will be sent to the parents of the newborn letting them know of the gift. The "Wall of Miracles" was officially announced by Head of Neonatology, Dr Robert Guaran, at the 3rd Annual Miracle Babies foundation ball held on the 31st May 2008. Founding committee members were presented with engraved heart plaques for each of their miracle babies.
