Mental Health

Welcoming a new baby into your life, whether it's your first or you already have children, invariably brings significant changes. Parents often feel the pressure to maintain a brave front, even when grappling with internal struggles. This challenge can become even more pronounced when complications arise during pregnancy, and the prospect of your baby spending time in the NICU looms.

Each parent's pregnancy journey is distinctly different, shaped by the experiences encountered, available support, and individual approaches to overcoming challenges. It's possible that your mental well-being remains stable throughout your pregnancy.

However, if you sense the need for additional support in navigating these hurdles or feel inclined to discuss your mental health with a healthcare professional, it's perfectly valid to seek assistance.
