I'm walking the Miracle Moon Walk in honour of Marcus David Pussell. My son Marcus, was born on 13th March 2004 at just 25 weeks gestation by emergency c-section following a 3 weeks hospital stay. Marcus weighed 785 grams and his twin sister weighed 645 grams. On 15th March 2004, just 2 days later after meeting our boy, we then had to heartbreakingly say goodbye as he lost his battle for life due to his extreme prematurity. Sadly, every year up to 1000 babies born premature or sick will lose their fight for life.
