All Donations will be quadrupled for 24 hours on Quadruple Giving Day

The time has come again, where we are fortunate to have all donations quadrupled for 24 hours thanks to our matching donors. This year our Quadruple Giving Day will be held on Tuesday 21 May 2024.

For 24 hours only, every $1 donated becomes $4!

Having a baby born premature or sick can be life-changing, and it affects the entire family unit. Quadruple Giving Day is one of our largest fundraising events for the year, and your support will make a huge impact. This year, you can create your own team and get your family or colleagues to make a donation to your team.

Donations made on Quadruple Giving Day will help to expand the reach of our peer services and vital resources for the remainder of the year, supporting more of the 48,000 families with a premature or sick newborns.

Miracle Babies Foundation’s NurtureProgram® is Australia’s only comprehensive parent-to-parent support program available to enhance families’ experiences from a high risk pregnancy, during the time spent in hospital with a premature or sick newborn, the transition to home and beyond. This also includes support for families sadly grieving the loss of their newborn.

Our NurtureProgram consists of;

 24-hour family support line with access to a trained support team.

 Facilitated by qualified Miracle Babies Foundation volunteers, these support sessions operate within Australian NICU’s and online providing vital, comforting emotional support.

Out-of-hospital play and support groups for families and carers who have experienced the birth of a premature or sick newborn. Health professionals such as speech pathologists, physiotherapists, family support nurses, social workers and occupational therapists may also attend NurtureGroups to support families.

NurtureProgram Resources: We supply a range of resources for families with a premature or sick baby, to positively change the experience for families during what can be an emotional and traumatic time. Our resources are developed by parents themselves who have had a premature or sick baby and work toward supporting, educating and empowering families from admission, discharge, bereavement and the passage to home.

Our NurtureProgram Services & Resources are provided FREE to families across Australia.

On this day, we call on the community to show their support. For 24 hours only, all donations will be QUADRUPLED, with thanks to our Matching Donors – MountiesNatalis, BabyLove and WaterWipes. Without our matching donors, we would not be able to reach our Quadruple Giving Day goals.
