What brought you to this role? Having a premature baby myself gave me a greater respect for neonatal nurses so I applied for the role when on maternity leave. Before having my son I worked as a midwife so I've always loved being around babies.

What do you love about this role? The endless cuddles of course. But mainly working with families and supporting them in their new adventure even with a bumpy start.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? Seeing the babies hit their milestones and eventually go home to their loving parents that are feeling confident and excited to relish parenthood.
