Celebrating Milestones in 2025: WaterWipes here for the journey
WaterWipes are a Proud Supporter of Miracle Babies Foundation.
Together, we’ve: educated, empowered and supported families who have faced the overwhelming experience of having a baby born premature or critically ill.
Having a baby enter the world not as expected can be life-changing. Being inside a neonatal unit is like a world that you never knew existed.
In 2025, as we embark on nine years of working together, WaterWipes and Miracle Babies Foundation are celebrating the small and big milestones faced by families, and also our work toward our shared purpose: to improve, support and enhance all lives impacted by a premature or sick birth.
In 2017, WaterWipes began being provided to families inside the Neonatal Unit. In 2019, WaterWipes and Miracle Babies worked together to capture the stories of babies born premature or sick and their families. We thank WaterWipes for helping to raise awareness and provide support over the years and now, our partnership continues to support families throughout their entire journey.
2024 saw more than 25,000 support interactions to families across Australia through peer support services and resources alone. The Information hub continued to expand, now reaching 500,000+ page views each year. More than 13,000 resources were delivered to families in hospitals nationally and with the program continuing to grow, 2025 is expected to reach more families than ever before. Thank you WaterWipes for your continued support and for being on this journey with us to make a real difference to vulnerable newborns and their families.
Join us for some special milestones in 2025
MAY
A Milestone for Melbourne: With face-to-face peer support for the first time commencing in Victorian Hospitals, with The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, starting April 2025.
The Annual Quadruple Giving Day was a major event, with the aim to reach $200,000 in just 24 hours. This support will be vital in the Foundation’s continued growth over the next 12 months, helping more families across Australia. WaterWipes was a proud Matching Donor, and we are proud to announce we raised over $200,000!
Celebrating and supporting first cuddles: WaterWipes is once again a proud sponsor of the Miracle Babies Kangaroo-a-thon, this year we celebrate the 10th Kangaroo-a-thon! Read more and find out about how Kangaroo Care can have many benefits for both babies and parents in the Neonatal Unit.
20 years of nurturing Miracle and their families: Also, a sponsor of the 20 Year Celebration Gala Dinner, WaterWipes is scrubbing up to join Miracle Babies as we bring the community together, reflect on the incredible journey so far and embark on what the next 20 years may hold. The biggest Miracle Moon Walk ever sets off in not just Sydney, but PERTH for the first time ever, plus across Australia with suggested routes in Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart and more via the VIRTUAL event. In honour of Miracle Babies’ 20 Year Celebration, Miracle Moon Walk is bigger than ever this year and we are grateful to have WaterWipes as a continued sponsor of this wonderful and special event.
