Congratulations on the arrival of your baby or babies, who are now in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery (SCN). This information is designed for parents and families of premature or sick babies to provide you with support, guidance, confidence and strength as you navigate the hospital journey ahead.
Speak to your doctor and healthcare team about what you can and can’t do. Speak openly about every concern you have, you are not bothering them and your health and the health of your baby comes first.
