We are here to help you.
Caring for your physical and mental health during your pregnancy is important. Medical appointments and accepting support and help along the way can enhance your experience while pregnant, especially if you are facing challenges.
Speak to your doctor and healthcare team about what you can and can’t do. They can help advise you on diet, exercise, rest, etc. Speak openly about every concern you have, you are not bothering them and your health and the health of your baby comes first.
If you have be advised that your baby may require neonatal care at birth, or may possibly be expecting to give birth before 37 weeks, we can provide support now and right through your journey.
Please call our free, 24 hour family support line (NurtureLine) on 1300 622 243 if you need to speak to somebody about how you're feeling or the news you have received.
Our Peer Support Workers are all parents themselves who have experienced the birth of a premature or sick baby and are here to listen and guide you through.
