Congratulations!

You're pregnant.

There could have been a long or short wait for you to hear these words, or it could have come as a total surprise.

You may be feeling a lot of mixed emotions such as excitement and elation along with feeling fear, overwhelm and worry.

We are here to help you.

All pregnancies and babies are unique and have their own path. Caring for your physical and mental health during your pregnancy, keeping your medical appointments and accepting support and help along the way can assist you in enjoying your pregnancy, even if it doesn’t go to plan.

Speak to your doctor and healthcare team about what you can and can’t do. They can help advise you on diet, exercise, rest, etc. Speak openly about every concern you have, you are not bothering them and your health and the health of your baby comes first.
