Our Miracle Babies Community Heroes are passionate about spreading the word and advocating for the cause and Foundation in the communities in which they live. Together with Miracle Babies, their voices and lived experience help to promote, raise awareness and support for the work of the Foundation and premature and sick newborns and their families, achieving greater community support, understanding and positive change for families for years to come.
With more than 20 Community Heroes across NSW, WA and VIC so far, we welcome more families to join, discover the incredible difference you can make!
In just 7 months, our Community Heroes have raised their voices in media, supported success in raising funds, attended events to raise awareness and community support, contributed to continued improvements and growth of programs and services and more.

The end of 2025 will wrap up 20 years of Miracle Babies, at this time, we reflect on and celebrate our roots in South-West Sydney, the growth, the partnerships over the years – and most importantly, the journey of these miracle babies and their families and how far they come. We look forward to sharing the stories of families and those of some of our Community Heroes today, with the hope to raise further awareness and support as we continue to grow to reach more families each year. We look forward to the difference we together can continue to make over the next 20 years!
Increasing support for Dad and more, our Community Heroes will also be part of ongoing work to continue to grow available support and to connect with Dads as they go through this journey.
