In Australia, every hour 6 babies are born premature or critically ill. Babies born premature or critically ill can go on to face lifelong challenges and the experience affects the wellbeing of the entire family. These babies require specialised medical care and sadly, each year up 1,000 babies will lose their fight for life. One is too many!

In August, I am taking part in the Miracle Moon Walk to help support babies just like our girl Maelie. During our time in Sydney miracle babies supported us in so many ways. The role they play and what they do for families going through traumatic time is irreplaceable.
