Gemma comes to Miracle Babies with a background in HR and People & Culture. She's worked in software start-ups and media agencies and she’s passionate about building supportive, people-first workplaces.

Now a first-time mum to her son Micah, Gemma feels especially connected to the Foundation’s purpose and is proud to contribute to a cause that means so much to families in their most trying times.
