The Hon Donna Faragher

Board Director

Donna is a former Western Australian State Cabinet Minister and Member of Parliament with more than 20 years of experience in public service and government leadership.

During her parliamentary career, Donna held senior ministerial and shadow ministerial portfolios spanning environment, planning, disability services, education, community services and early childhood education. She brings extensive experience in governance, strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and public policy reform. Throughout her career, Donna has worked closely with non-government organisations to advance policy reform, strengthen cross-sector partnerships and expand essential services for Western Australian children and families, with a particular focus on the early years.

Driven by a longstanding commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of children and families, informed by her professional experience and her own experience of a high-risk pregnancy, Donna is a passionate advocate for early intervention, prevention and family-centred care.
