I’m a mum of two boys and grateful to call Canberra home. I’m passionate about early childhood development and believe that one of the strongest foundations we can give a child is supporting the emotional wellbeing of their parents and caregivers.


My connection to Miracle Babies Foundation is deeply personal. I understand how overwhelming, frightening and isolating it can feel when your baby’s journey doesn’t go as expected.

I lost my daughter at 22+6 weeks due to genetic abnormalities. Following this loss, I went on to have my eldest son, who was born at 36 weeks following a difficult and traumatic birth. He spent two weeks in the Special Care Nursery. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the uncertainty and emotions that come with having a baby requiring additional care.

My youngest son had a textbook and calm birth, but we were shocked when we were told he was profoundly deaf in his right ear. At 10 months old, he underwent cochlear implant surgery, beginning another journey of appointments, therapy and learning to navigate the unexpected.

Through my own experiences, I have developed a deep empathy for families facing premature birth, illness, loss and uncertainty. I’m passionate about supporting young families through these significant milestones and hope to provide support, reassurance and help them find their resilience during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

I’m excited to bring both my personal experiences and my passion for supporting families to Miracle Babies Foundation.
