Ronald McDonald Retreats

Nurture Information Hub

A well-deserved retreat!

Miracle Babies Foundation is very proud to partner with Ronald McDonald House Charities in promoting their Family Retreats to the Australian families of babies born premature or sick.

The Ronald McDonald Family Retreats offer a welcoming and peaceful environment, often near the beach or close to local nature settings. Families with a seriously ill child, or those grieving the loss of a child, can come together in a calm and relaxing setting, far from the hospital environment.

There are currently five family retreats in Australia:

  • Ronald McDonald Family Retreat – Bateman's Bay NSW
  • Ronald McDonald Family Retreat – Forster NSW
  • Ronald McDonald Family Retreat – Palm Cove QLD

  • Ronald McDonald Family Retreat – Bunbury WA
  • Ronald McDonald Family Retreat – Jurien Bay WA

If you have had a baby spend time in care, you may be eligible to apply and can visit the Ronald McDonald Family Retreat website for further information.
